National Youth Day Celebration

The Institute of Dental Sciences, Bareilly, celebrated National Youth Day on 12th January 2026 with great enthusiasm to mark the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Organized by the Cultural Committee, the event witnessed participation from 177 students and faculty members at the Oral Pathology UG Practical Hall.
The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Gaurav Sapra, who emphasized the importance of Youth Day in inspiring young minds. The chief guest, Dr. Ashok Agarwal, Pro-Chancellor of Bareilly International University, delivered a motivational speech highlighting Swami Vivekananda’s teachings on discipline, self-confidence, and moral values. His address encouraged students to aim high and work diligently.
A key highlight was the screening of Swami Vivekananda’s original speech, which inspired the audience with messages of unity and self-belief. Dr. Sathyajith Naik N, Principal, appreciated the efforts of the organizers and encouraged students to follow the path of honesty and responsibility.
The event also included student speeches on moral values and a live telecast of the “Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue.” The celebration concluded on an inspiring note, promoting leadership and character among the youth.
