The department of Prosthodontics and crown& bridge including implantology ,bareilly was established in 2001. The purpose was to provide students with a scientific understanding of the diagnosis and treatment planning and rehabilitation of various clinical conditions associated with missing teeth.It encompasses a wide array of treatment protocols involving full and partial rehabilitation of teeth, aesthetic dentistry, maxillofacial reconstruction and implant dentistry .The department focuses not only on patient care, but also plays a pivotal role in educating students through innovative treatment methodologies and novel research.
OVERVIEW
The department of Prosthodontics and crown& bridge including implantology ,bareilly was established in 2001. The purpose was to provide students with a scientific understanding of the diagnosis and treatment planning and rehabilitation of various clinical conditions associated with missing teeth. It encompasses a wide array of treatment protocols involving full and partial rehabilitation of teeth, aesthetic dentistry, maxillofacial reconstruction and implant dentistry .The department focuses not only on patient care, but also plays a pivotal role in educating students through innovative treatment methodologies and novel research.
One’s best teacher is one’s best experience. It is department to train the student to achieve knowledge and skills in theoretical, clinical laboratical attitude, communication skill and ability to research along with the social cultural and environmental understanding. Another motive is to have acquired adequate knowledge and understand basic and applied medical sciences knowledge. Consequently, Post graduate should be able to treat the patients with competency and best our knowledge that are according to judgment skill in making appropriate decision.
