Best Community Project of the Year

Institute of Dental Sciences achieved a proud milestone by receiving the prestigious “Best Community Project of the Year” Award at the Indian Dental Excellence Awards 2026, held during the 19th World Dental Sciences and Oral Health Conference and Pierre Fauchard Academy Convocation on 6th June 2026 at Manav Rachna Dental College, Faridabad.

The award recognized the institution’s outstanding contribution to community oral healthcare, public health awareness, preventive dental initiatives, and socially responsible outreach programs. The award-winning project reflected excellence in planning, implementation, sustainability, innovation, and measurable impact on the community.

The community-based oral health programs were conducted under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Sathyajith Naik N, Principal, Institute of Dental Sciences, whose leadership played a key role in the success of the initiative. The project included oral health awareness campaigns, school and community outreach activities, preventive dental care programs, and health education interventions aimed at improving oral health literacy among diverse population groups.

The award was received on behalf of the institution by Dr. Sathyajith Naik N. The achievement was appreciated by the leadership of Bareilly International University, who congratulated the entire team for bringing pride to the institution.
